The flight on the big red kanga

Passed the Qantas Club with a quick entrance, providing a relaxed seat for 30 minutes and a toilet with privacy with solid timber doors - you know girls like privacy, we then walked to our gate lounge ready to board the flight.

Our jumbo red kanga was waiting patiently on the tarmac as we boarded, guided to the upstairs area and the 'present' and willing to serve professionals. Poppy Ted and Lil Chockie were packed away in their bags. This was not the experience we wanted them to get used to quite yet. Ross and I settled into our seats with a glass of Hunter Valley Chardonnay ready for take off.

Twelve hours of flying time passed quickly - dinner of scrumptious blue trevalla, movies on call and a nice warm blanket for our sleep. See you tomorrow. Oh and YES......we got to sit together by swapping seats with a tall, dark stranger.
